No. You can browse services, prices, coverage areas and how iSALUS works as a guest. An account is only required to book, pay, message a cleaner or track a job.
How much does a cleaning cost?
Prices depend on your city, home size, service type and add-ons. Our Price Guide shows the fair market range for each service before you book.
Are cleaners verified?
Yes. Cleaners submit ID and experience details, and our team reviews every application. Cleaners can also submit liability insurance certificates, which we verify and display as a badge.
Can I request an insured cleaner only?
Yes. When booking you can toggle "insured cleaners only" and only cleaners with a verified, unexpired policy will receive your job.
How are cleaners paid?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. iSALUS keeps an 18% platform commission — reduced to 15% for iSALUS+ member cleaners — and the rest is transferred to the cleaner.
What if something goes wrong?
You can open a dispute from the job page within 48 hours and our support team reviews it. Our AI assistant is available anytime on the Support page.
