We respect both the customer's time and the cleaning professional's earnings.
Cancellation fees
• More than 24 hours before start time: full refund. • Between 2 h and 24 h before: 50% fee retained. • Less than 2 h or no-show: 100% fee retained.
Professional cancellation
If the professional cancels, you are fully refunded and we attempt to reassign.
Refund timing
Refunds via Stripe arrive in 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Right to cancel (Quebec)
Quebec's Consumer Protection Act provides a 10-day right to cancel distance contracts in certain cases. Contact support@isalus.ca to exercise this right.
Disputes
Open a dispute from the job page within 48 hours.
